DECISION

On supplementing expenses for the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;

At the proposal of the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development at the Document No. 2859/BNN-KH dated October 04, 2011, opinions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment at the Document No. 7265/BKHDT-KTDV dated October 26, 2011, of the Ministry of Finance at the Document No. 14790/BTC-TCDT dated November 02, 2011,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To supplement VND 16.793 million (Sixteen billion, seven hundred and ninety three million dong) to the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development from the source of central reserve 2011 for buying enough goods for national reserves in accordance with appointed plan.

The management and usage of above expense in accordance with current regulations.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. Ministers: of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development,  the Ministry of Planning and Investment shall implement this Decision./.....
